Submitted by Mrs Bush on Thu, 2008-02-07 21:05.At the Lighted Schoolhouse event on February 5th we celebrated all of the 8th and 7th graders' work of the past few months with a huge display of poster boards. Many parents, teachers and the administrative staff came to meet the young scientists and see the projects.Â

Submitted by Ms Murray on Tue, 2007-10-16 11:53.Many seventh and eighth grade students are continuing to do comprehensive background research on their science fair topics. The library is open every day after school from 3:00 to 3:30 for students who wish to spend additional time doing research or homework. Due to a faculty meeting at 3:00, the library will be closed after school on Wed., Oct. 17.

Submitted by Ms Murray on Mon, 2007-10-01 09:29.Seventh and eighth grade students diligently continue to research their science fair topics in the library. Mrs. Cosier's reading/language arts classes are focusing on mystery books. Mrs. Nixon's classes are checking out titles with multicultural themes.

Submitted by Ms Murray on Fri, 2007-09-21 08:20.Last week seventh graders, and this week eighth graders, have begun to explore possible topics for their science fair projects by examining a variety of science resources in the library. Students are making exciting connections between their areas of interest and what they'd like to do as an experiment.
