The 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team finished their 2007-08 basketball season with a 12-2 record overall.  Their 9-2 record for the regualar season earned a 1st place finish for the Little 9 Conference regular season championship.  The Jaguars would earn the #1 seed in the post season tournament and squared off against East Prairie School.  The Jaguars would easily coast through the 1st round and would meet their long time rival, ParkView School.  It was a close one, but the Jaguars would prevail by 7 points and earn their 1st ever championship round bid.  They would meet up with McCracken Middle School who pulled out the upset against the #2 seeded Old Orchard Jr. High to earn their chance to be #1.  The game was a nail biter, but the Jaguars hit some clutch free throws down the stretch to secure their place in history.  The Lincoln Hall 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team has been crowned the 2007-08 Little 9 Champions!

7th Grade Boys Basketball tryouts will be held on Monday, January 7th, 2008 and Tueday, January 8th, 2008 from 3:30 - 5:30pm.  Monday's tryout will be held in the East Gym and Tuesday's tryout will be held in the West Gym.

 All boys who wish to try out must have an updated physical and EKG on file in the office by January 7th, 2008.  No one will be permitted to tryout unless both forms are on file.  Good luck and Happy Holidays!  Go Jaguars!

January 15th and 16th, from 3:30-5:00, the Expressive Arts Team will be holding a clinic for the Spring musical, OKLAHOMA! We will be teaching students how to audition, what songs will be used for auditions, and tips for having a successful audition. Please mark your calendars to be at one of the clinics. Auditions will be a couple of weeks after. More information will come after we return from winter break.

Tis the season!  The Basketball season that is! 

 Just a friendly reminder that the boys basketball season is just around the corner.  Official tryout dates will be announced very soon, but keep January 7th, 2008 on the calender.  This is the official day that we are able to start the basketball season.  (The first day back from winter break) 

Remember... all students interested in trying out for the team must have EKG results on file here at school along with an updated physical. (Physicals are only good for one year past the completion date.)
