CLASSES

Reading:  This week we will be reading the story of an Arab American writer who describes how she struggled with expressing the horror of 9/11 in "Words to Sit in Like Chairs".  Assessment on the story will be Friday.

 

Math:  Monday there will be a quiz on like terms and evaluating expressions.  On Tuesday and Wednesday we will problem solve using diagrams.  There will be a short quiz on Friday covering concepts in Ch. 3 (purple text).

 

U.S. History: Quiz Wednesday on the Legislative Branch.  Students should be reviewing flashcards several times a day for 10-20 minute intervals.  We will spend the week learning about the Executive Branch.
