6th GRADE
The sculptures are done! Some fantastic work – and they can be seen in the school library for the rest of the year.  We will move on to an ancient Egyptian drawing technique which is known as gridding. We will start small but end up creating a monumental project… more info next week.
7th GRADE
This week, students are continuing with their Impressionist style painting.Â
8th GRADE ART
Students are continuing with their painting in the style of their chosen artist. They are working on a relatively large canvas, and so will have all week to finish.
8th GRADE VIDEO TECH
PSA’s are finished! Everyone saw all of the videos at our screening, and agreed that they were a dramatic improvement in many ways from the first video. SWANCC (Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County) will receive the videos and let us know if there are any winners are that will be shown on Community Cable! Students are now starting on their last project, which is a video for the PE dept.
