Reading Class: We are analyzing the characteristics of fiction and non-fiction as we compare examples of both. Students will use literary terms to discuss short stories.

Languague Arts: Our first writing experience is a character sketch written about themselvess. Communicating significant information about themselves is an important academic acievement. In addition, students are focusing on Latin and Greek roots and prefixes.
