Writing - This week, we will continue to learn about the writing trait called ORGANIZATION and we will write one interesting short story exemplifying good organization. We will also finish our grammar unit on Capitalization.
10/29 - Hmwk: Study for Capitalization TEST on Tues, Study for Vocab Unit 2 TEST retakes Tues, "Very Bad Day" paper due on Thurs.
10/15 - 10/19 Reading/Skills-LA
Submitted by Ms Creaves on Sun, 2007-10-14 17:33.Reading and Skills - This week we are continuing to read the short story called "The Monkey's Paw," by W.W. Jacobs, which is filled with foreshadowed events. Students are enjoying identifying these events and using them to predict the outcome of this suspenseful story. Each student should continue to read their independent reading books and should be finished by 10/19.
